📋 Description

• Lead post-acquisition technical integration strategy with executive teams.
• Drive organizational and platform transformation across multiple products.
• Build scalable integration frameworks, roadmaps, and governance.
• Ensure acquired tech meets security, reliability, and operational standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Security, and GTM teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering; 5+ years leading large teams.
• Experience guiding large-scale integration, modernization, or consolidation.
• SaaS with multiple products/platforms/acquired systems.
• Systems-thinking: modernizing monoliths to API-first, cloud-native.
• Deep knowledge of platform engineering, distributed systems, reliability, observability.
• Excellent communication; partner with engineers, executives, customers; lead executive reviews.
