🎯 Requirements

12+ years software engineering experience; 5+ years leading engineering orgs at Director/Senior
Experience leading multiple engineering teams and developing managers/ senior tech leaders
Enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms, security products, or distributed systems at scale
Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture, APIs, data platforms
Experience with identity governance, IAM/IGA, or compliance domains (desirable)
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

Base pay range: $254,500 - $445,400
