📋 Description

• Scale day-to-day participant growth across Habitat Health centers.
• Lead Outreach and Enrollment teams, partnering with center leaders.
• Coach front-line supervisors, optimize workflows, and enrollment.
• Develop scalable growth systems and growth playbooks for expansion.
• Collaborate with Central Growth and partners (e.g., Kaiser Permanente).
• Use data and analytics to drive growth and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in healthcare, field growth, sales, or service leadership.
• Experience using P&L data to drive business outcomes.
• Proven people leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong problem solving and ability to turn strategy into action.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and optimize growth.
• Willingness to travel to Habitat Health centers; hybrid work.
