🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in investment banking, capital markets, PE, or VC
• Proven success in capital raises or financing transactions
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strategic thinker linking financial decisions to goals
• Excellent communicator with investors, execs, and technical teams
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• IPO experience strongly preferred
