Senior Director of Product, International

📋 Description

• Lead a team of product managers to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for international upmarket
• Drive expansion to support larger groups (15+ locations) and partner/ecommerce integration with
• Shape pricing and FinTech/payments capabilities for international markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, GTM, design, legal/compliance, finance
• Operate across Canada, Australia, U.S., Ireland, and India with London as a key base.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in product management in SaaS or FinTech, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Track record managing a portfolio of products for a market, not just a feature area.
• Strong commercial instincts linking product decisions to revenue, retention, and customer value.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping direction from scratch.
• Experience aligning multiple stakeholders (engineering, GTM, finance, external partners).
• Proven people leadership, hiring, coaching, and high product-thinking standards.
