• Lead Retail pod: engineers, PMs, and designers; align on goals.
• Ground roadmap in data; vet opportunities before shipping.
• Be the GM-like leader who bridges operators and engineers.
• Drive activation: stores activated, items posted, partner adoption, revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PM, 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in B2B/enterprise software.
• Direct grocery/retail experience: merchandising, store ops, catalog data.
• Strong data fluency; data-driven product decisions.
• Able to ship high-stakes, ambiguous areas with measurable impact.
• Experience with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
• Nice to have: AI-assisted product development or ML-driven pricing.
