📋 Description

• Lead Publishing Production for the project, translating strategic priorities into coordinated
• Serve as the primary operational bridge between Development and Publishing, keeping product
• Own end-to-end execution of major publishing initiatives, including soft launch, global launch
• Establish clear ownership, priorities, planning frameworks, decision-making rhythms, and execution
• Build trusted relationships across Product, Development, Marketing, Community, User Acquisition
• Align diverse teams around shared objectives while proactively managing competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading Production, Publishing Production, or Program Management within a
• Proven experience partnering closely with both Development and Publishing organizations to deliver
• Strong track record delivering cross-functional publishing initiatives such as product launches
• Deep understanding of mobile game development and publishing, including live-service operations
• Experience translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans while remaining hands-on
• Demonstrated ability to influence peers and senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple
