📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives for
• Drive annual bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives while improving sales
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers
• Direct major sales opportunities, negotiations, and strategic customer agreements, identifying new
• Lead customer-facing engineering and application support teams, ensuring technical alignment
• Oversee project management and aftermarket operations, including factory-to-job-site product

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in HVAC, applied equipment, building systems, or a closely related
• 5–8 years of leadership experience, ideally managing regional or national sales teams and
• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. An MBA is considered
• Strong background in chiller systems and applied HVAC solutions, with a demonstrated record of
• Proven experience managing large customer accounts, developing executive-level relationships, and
• Direct experience in the data center industry, including selling to hyperscale customers and
