📋 Description

• Lead IAM team and develop IAM roadmap.
• Set aggressive goals and remove roadblocks for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across orgs.
• Protect patients, employees, and Aledade data.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in CS, Cybersecurity, or Engineering
• 15+ years designing or operating data protection services
• 9+ years leading highly complex security teams
• Identity & Access Management (IaM) systems experience
• Strong IaM auth and directory services knowledge
• Experience with Okta, Auth0, AWS, Azure, Google Workspace
