Senior Director, Online Services

📋 Description

• Lead frontend and backend online services engineering; set tech roadmap.
• Oversee Live Operations: releases, health, capacity, incidents.
• Partner with Product Management, Analytics, and Core Tech for features.
• Own CI/CD, testing, and automation for live services.
• Deliver engagement tooling: live events, offers, messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering; 5+ years leadership on AAA cross-platform Live Services.
• 2+ years leadership in frontend systems for AAA cross-platform Live Services games.
• Experience operating a shipped live service: release management and incident response.
• Unreal Engine fluency: core object model, threading, Online Subsystem.
• Distributed backend architecture expertise for maintainable, debuggable systems.
• Experience delivering experimentation and telemetry pipelines with Product partners.
