Senior Director, Operational Strategy - Oncology

📋 Description

• Coordinate and develop competitive and flexible strategies for potential awards in oncology and
• Serve as the lead oncology strategist for potential awards and support other oncology-focused
• Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development for assigned opportunities
• Develop strong relations with clients' key decision makers to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with global functions such as Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management
• Support functional teams to enhance client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent education and experience; advanced degree
• Extensive experience in clinical research within a CRO with strong oncology experience
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level contributing to project oversight and delivery
• Proven track-record in maintaining, developing and strengthening customer relations
• Previous experience in an oncology strategy position preferred
