Senior Director, Operational Strategy - Oncology

📋 Description

• Coordinate and develop competitive and flexible strategies for potential awards in oncology and
• Serves as the lead oncology strategist as assigned for potential awards and/or supports the other
• Co-leads bid defense preparations with Business Development for assigned opportunities and
• Develops strong relations with clients' key decision makers to drive repeat business for oncology
• Collaborates closely with other global functions, such as Project Management, Clinical Operations
• Supports functional teams to enhance client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a life science or another related field, or equivalent education and experience; Advanced
• Extensive experience in clinical research within a CRO with strong oncology experience
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level contributing to project oversight and delivery
• Proven track-record in maintaining, developing and strengthening customer relations
• Previous experience in an oncology strategy position preferred
