Senior Director, Operational Strategy - Oncology

📋 Description

• Coordinate and develop competitive and flexible strategies for potential awards in oncology and
• Serve as the lead oncology strategist for assigned potential awards and/or support other
• Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development for assigned opportunities and
• Develop strong relations with clients' key decision makers by leveraging knowledge and expertise to
• Collaborate closely with global functions such as Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data
• Support functional teams to enhance client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a life science or another related field, or equivalent education and experience. Advanced
• Extensive experience in clinical research within a CRO with strong oncology experience.
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level contributing to project oversight and delivery.
• Proven track record in maintaining, developing and strengthening customer relations.
• Previous experience in an oncology strategy position preferred.
