🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years healthcare operations with P&L oversight
• Experience leading medical groups or clinical ops
• Strong data and performance management skills
• Experience scaling virtual care delivery models
• Expertise in value-based care partnerships
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
