📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term partner success vision across onboarding, adoption, and retention.
• Develop scalable frameworks that drive measurable partner outcomes and impact.
• Establish a partner-centric operating model to support growth with service excellence.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic partner relationships.
• Own the operations for onboarding, support, escalations, and lifecycle management.
• Drive efficiency through automation, systems optimization, and process redesign.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leadership in Partner Success, CS, Operations, Enablement, or related.
• 3+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams in high-growth.
• Proven success scaling post-sales organizations.
• Experience building operational infrastructure and enablement programs.
• Strong executive presence; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in operational excellence, service delivery, scaling.
• Experience leading process improvement and systems implementation.
• Strong analytics with KPI-driven decision-making.
