Senior Director, Patient Reported Outcomes

📋 Description

• Lead global or regional PRO strategy across assigned assets, programs, therapeutic areas, or
• Identify and prioritize evidence gaps and translate strategic priorities into integrated evidence
• Advise senior leaders and governance bodies on evidence priorities, investment trade-offs
• Provide scientific oversight for real-world evidence, observational and comparative effectiveness
• Guide the selection and implementation of fit-for-purpose PRO and clinical outcome assessment
• Lead complex evidence-generation programs from conception through dissemination and closure

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree such as a Master's, PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent in health economics, outcomes
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in PRO, real-world evidence, outcomes
• Demonstrated success developing and executing evidence strategies for complex assets, therapeutic
• Deep expertise in several relevant methodologies, including observational study design, causal
• Proven ability to influence senior executives, governance bodies, and cross-functional teams
• Strong experience managing complex programs, budgets, vendors, risks, competing priorities, people

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $222,000–$292,000 annually, with actual compensation determined by factors
