📋 Description

• Evolve and operationalize value-based contracting (TCO frameworks and risk structures).
• Partner with Finance to evaluate contract opportunities and alignment.
• Translate performance data and outcomes into market opportunities.
• Define pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy for payer partnerships.
• Turn data and outcomes into narratives for payer executives.
• Enable sales with positioning, materials, and deal support.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leadership in management consulting or healthcare strategy with VBC experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid managed care and state healthcare dynamics.
• Ability to synthesize clinical and financial data into a cohesive narrative.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM data structures and BI tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, clinical, and ops.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for payer executives.
