📋 Description

• Lead the People Analytics function, establishing its strategy, operating model and roadmap.
• Develop enterprise workforce analytics, executive dashboards, AI-driven insights and strategic
• Advance the function from operational reporting to predictive analytics, AI-enabled decision
• Establish governance, standards and enterprise workforce metrics to ensure consistent, accurate
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to automate reporting, improve data quality, uncover workforce
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Economics, Statistics or a related
• 15+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics or
• Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise People Analytics and Workforce Planning
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives in a
• Excellent analytical, communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, with expertise in Workday and modern people
