🎯 Requirements

10+ years of Recruiting and HR experience
2+ years in Enterprise SaaS
Growth-stage company experience (50–300 headcount)
Experience building hiring infrastructure with KPIs
Led performance reviews, merit, promotions, and calibrations
HRIS ownership with Rippling or similar
