📋 Description

• Build scalable operating rhythms, governance, and systems.
• Simplify and improve People processes and programs.
• Create dashboards and reporting to show organizational performance.
• Own the People function's annual and quarterly operating plans.
• Establish OKRs, metrics, and reporting across the People function.
• Translate People priorities into measurable business impact with data.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in People/HR, organizational effectiveness, or related leadership.
• Significant executive-level experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to establish operating systems, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Builder mentality with a track record of creating structure where little exists.
• Exceptional operational rigor and project leadership capabilities.
• Data-driven and highly analytical, with strong executive communication skills.
