Senior Director, People Strategy & Transformation

📋 Description

• Define and champion an enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Translate workforce trends and data into strategic direction.
• Partner with VP of People Experience to set multi-year strategic agenda.
• Lead People Branding and storytelling capability.
• Own HR strategy planning and annual prioritization.
• Develop and track strategic KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive HR leadership experience with strategy, technology, and transformation scope.
• Success leading enterprise-scale HR strategy or technology programs.
• Deep expertise in at least two areas: HR strategy, HR tech, change management, PMO, or people
• Ability to translate vision into executable strategy in matrixed global organizations.
• Strong executive presence and influence.
