Senior Director, Platform Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for the Service Catalog platform.
• Translate needs and user feedback into product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Contribute directly to the development of the platform.
• Review and write production-quality code across front-end applications, APIs, integrations
• Partner with architects and engineers to create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Prototype new ideas and help turn successful concepts into production-ready capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of people leadership and management experience.
• 8+ years of experience building and delivering platform-based software products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to turn complex challenges into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and user-focused
• Hands-on software engineering experience with modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and
• Experience developing across both front-end and back-end technologies, such as React, TypeScript
