Senior Director, Portfolio Management

📋 Description

• Own 1–2 anchor accounts as P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Lead PMs across EMEA; coach for development and retention.
• Ensure portfolio health; manage risks; escalate with options.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance for strategy.
• Operationalize Cognite Agile Partner positioning to speed value.
• Run quarterly strategic reviews with executive sponsors.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery with P&L or portfolio ownership.
• 3+ years managing 5+ direct reports; talent development and retention.
• 5+ years owning customer relationships at Director/Executive level.
• Proven success expanding accounts and driving adoption-led revenue.
• Strong commercial mindset; revenue, margin, utilization, costs experience.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery and modern PM tooling.
• Ability to move between board strategy and operations.
