🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Science or related field with 14 years of related experience; or Master’s with 20 years; or
• Proven ability to innovate with a history of successful product releases.
• Ability to advise across AbbVie on risk management and interact with diverse groups.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to negotiate and reconcile differences.
