Senior Director, Product Creative Direction

📋 Description

• Define and champion differentiated visual direction for product portfolio
• Establish point of view across typography, color, composition, iconography, motion, etc.
• Create future-state concepts making visual direction tangible
• Partner with Design Systems to translate visual language into scalable foundations
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to apply direction in shipped products
• Lead strategy for AI-enabled creative exploration and prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product design, visual design, or related field with leadership experience
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across shipped products
• Experience defining visual language across multi-product portfolio
• Deep understanding of design systems and design tokens
• Experience adopting AI-enabled creative tools and workflows
• Proven ability to influence senior executives
