Senior Director, Product (Employer of Record)

📋 Description

• Own the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Employer of Record
• Take accountability for the end-to-end performance of the product and the operational experience
• Translate complex, localized employment regulations and requirements into scalable, automated
• Balance investment across new product capabilities, regulatory requirements, technical debt
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Group Product Managers, helping them progress from
• Act as a strategic counterpart to Engineering and Design leadership, creating constructive tension

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including approximately 5–7 years leading and
• Experience working in operationally or legally complex B2B, FinTech, HR technology, payroll
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with an ability to approach complex challenges from first
• Practical experience using AI to transform how product teams work, including discovery
• Demonstrated ability to establish product vision and strategy at business-unit level and build
• Proven people leadership skills, including coaching product professionals into stronger leaders
