• Lead software engineering and digital product strategy
• Own and execute the product roadmap with cross-functional needs
• Partner with tech leadership to define success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years tech experience with hands-on coding
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• Web apps with Node.js, Express, React or similar
• API design and distributed systems
• Azure, CI/CD, Azure DevOps
