Senior Director, Product Innovation

📋 Description

• Define new product commercialization motion for Core Business Workflows.
• Build and lead product/AI teams to identify problems and validate value.
• Lead proofs of value, rapid prototypes, innovation workshops, and exec engagements.
• Define and scale the Business Value Assessment framework with baselines and ROI.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng, Research, Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing.
• Establish metrics and operating mechanisms for adoption and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, FDE, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing or product teams.
• Experience designing customer innovation programs and POC initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and digital transformation.
• Experience using AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation to drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps with PM teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
