🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years product mgmt, incl 3+ years SaaS leadership at $20M–$100M ARR.
• Judgment in operational improvements—know when to standardize, simplify.
• Proven success leading product teams through scaling.
• Experience with product lifecycle, prioritization frameworks, and roadmapping.
• Understanding of GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, onboarding, lifecycle hooks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt; high EQ and ability to influence.
