📋 Description

• Define and drive the multi-year Affirm Card vision across product areas.
• Lead US direct-to-consumer card products (Affirm Cards and in-app).
• Oversee Card Platform (authorization, servicing, controls) and partner integrations.
• Translate company strategy into a roadmap across teams and systems.
• Build and scale a high-performing PM organization with standards and cadence.
• Drive business outcomes at scale: GMV, engagement, and credit outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in product management, leading multi-team domains.
• Track record owning large domains with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building PM teams.
• Platform + fintech depth: payments, cards, or fintech infrastructure.
• Strong judgment with data-driven decision-making in complex systems.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
