Senior Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Own the IPN Campaign Platform vision and multi-year roadmap
• Lead PMs across Setup, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience
• Drive AI-driven product workflows and AI-centric processes
• Transform the Portal into an intelligent, predictive platform
• Align information architecture, workflows, navigation, and UI across surfaces
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Ops

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Product Management with 5+ years leading PMs
• Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms
• Experience leading multi-surface, multi-persona platforms (enterprise SaaS, ad managers)
• Experience with API platforms informing front-end user experiences
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experimentation with AI in product processes
• Strong product strategy and data-informed decision making
