📋 Description

• Set the long-term vision for payments and risk domains
• Establish KPIs for payments GMV, engagement, and net take
• Coach PMs to develop OKRs and deliver on the vision
• Lead PMs and grow next-gen product leaders
• Develop AI-enabled processes to accelerate velocity
• Collaborate with Engineering and Risk on scalable payments infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with 7+ years in leadership
• Led large Product teams and launched B2B SaaS products
• Deep payments experience with Stripe, Square or similar
• Direct exposure to Risk domains for financial products
• Proven use of AI tools to boost team velocity
• Strong product taste and judgment for customer value
