Senior Director, Product Management – Unified Communications

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of the Unified Communications product roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of Directors and Senior Product Managers
• Partner with strategy leadership to define a multi-year roadmap
• Coordinate engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance teams
• Establish portfolio governance frameworks and decision-making processes
• Drive product launch readiness and go-to-market execution

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years product management, 4+ years in senior leadership
• Experience delivering UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications products
• Deep expertise in voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tech
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field
