Senior Director, Product Security

📋 Description

• People Leadership: Serve as a great people leader, managing managers, providing regular 1-1s
• Program Leadership & Partnerships: Define and drive the company-wide Product Security strategy
• Application Security & Secure SDLC: Develop and oversee secure coding practices with an
• Data & Device Security: Lead data security program, responsible for our underlying cryptography
• Privacy Engineering: Lead and mature the privacy engineering program, ensuring robust data
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of progressive experience in security, with at least 5+ years leading security
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or
• Deep expertise in Application Security, Privacy, and Secure SDLC programs.
• Experience overseeing Security Research activities and engaging the security research community.
• Strong track record of embedding security and privacy into engineering processes and influencing
• Proven experience leading security teams in high-growth technology or security-focused companies.
