• Role leads global cost, estimating, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Own the Project Controls Center of Excellence and governance.

• Establish enterprise governance, KPIs, and reporting rhythms.
• Oversee integrated schedules, baselines, and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in Program/Project Controls for large data centers.
• Leadership: 10+ years leading distributed teams, external partners.
• Technical Mastery: Primavera P6, Procore, Oracle Unifier.
• Domain Knowledge: data center cost economics, EVM, change orders, CPM.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
