📋 Description

• Lead Protein Analytics & Biophysics across design-build-test-learn cycle.
• Define next-gen biophysical, developability, and PPI measurement platforms.
• Scale high-throughput miniaturized assays; integrate microfluidics and barcodes.
• Partner with prototyping, technology, data science, ML, biology, and ops.
• Build and mentor leaders; foster inclusive, accountable culture.
• Translate scientific strategy into robust, production-ready capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in biopharma with leadership in protein analytics and developability.
• Proven track record scaling novel assay platforms (microfluidics, multiplexed, barcodes).
• Deep expertise in HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, DLS, SEC-MALS, SPR/BLI.
• Strong quantitative mindset with data quality, statistics, and modeling.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external collaborations.
