📋 Description

• Lead Protein Analytics & Biophysics within Therapeutics; set vision for biophysical and
• Champion miniaturized, pooled, high-throughput approaches with nano-scale measurement platforms
• Drive conventional analytical workflows (HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, electrophoretic, stability, light
• Build external/internal technologies to reduce sample volume, increase throughput, and enhance data
• Develop leaders, foster inclusive culture, and partner across multiple functions to deliver

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, Bioengineering, Synthetic
• 12+ years in biopharma/biotech with strong leadership in protein analytics, biophysics
• Track record building or scaling assays/platforms for miniature, multiplexed, or high-throughput
• Deep expertise in HPLC/UPLC (SEC, RP, HIC, IEX), LC/MS, CE-SDS, cIEF, DSF/DSC, DLS, SEC-MALS
• Strong quantitative mindset; experience with data quality, modeling, informatics to guide strategy
• Proven senior people leadership; ability to influence across matrixed teams and communicate with

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $210,000 – $290,000 USD per year; plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
