Senior Director, PX Business Partner

📋 Description

• Lead the regional People Experience strategy for Spain and Portugal, supporting business objectives
• Partner with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce
• Oversee talent and organizational development including talent acquisition, onboarding, succession
• Build an inclusive and engaging workplace, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion and
• Lead compensation and rewards initiatives, including salary reviews, benchmarking, internal equity
• Manage employee relations and labor matters, providing guidance on Spanish employment law

🎯 Requirements

• More than 12 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in senior-level People Experience
• Demonstrated success advising executive leadership teams and translating business priorities into
• Strong business acumen and HR expertise, with interest or experience in music, entertainment, or
• Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and delivering measurable organizational impact.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and experience managing complex employee relations, collective
• Experience working in international, matrixed organizations.
