📋 Description

• Lead the regional People Experience strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive people agenda for

🎯 Requirements

• More than 12 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including senior-level People
• Demonstrated success advising executive leadership teams and translating business priorities into
• Strong business acumen and HR expertise, with an interest in or experience within the music
• Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and delivering high-quality employee
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and substantial experience managing complex employee relations
• Experience working in international, matrixed organizations and navigating cultural, regulatory
