• Own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation across lifecycle.
• Be the internal owner to the external systems integration partner, ensuring scope and timelines.
• Operate program governance, not a green-field rebuild.
• Re-engage Finance, IT, Revenue Ops for clear decisions.
• Provide senior sponsors with credible, fact-based status.
• Track value realization: frictionless CX, scalable monetization, cloud KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Non-negotiable: led an enterprise-scale Q2C, CPQ, billing, or revenue recognition transformation.
• Comfortable owning a large, multi-year program.
• Credible counterpart to external SI teams and CIO-level leadership.
• Has restarted or rescued a stalled transformation.
• A translator, not a bureaucrat—delivers clear status and business case integrity.
• Excellent executive communication across Finance, IT, and Revenue Ops.
• Advantage: Zuora or similar monetization platform experience.
