Senior Director, Real Estate & Development

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the real estate and facilities strategy, including long-term roadmaps
• Lead market planning, site identification, due diligence, financial analysis, letters of intent
• Oversee end-to-end clinic development, including design, permitting, landlord coordination
• Build scalable infrastructure for real estate and development operations, including facility
• Improve the speed, cost efficiency, predictability, and quality of new clinic openings while
• Oversee facilities operations, including maintenance standards, work-order management, vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience across corporate or healthcare real estate
• Demonstrated success building and scaling real estate and facilities functions within a
• Proven track record in site selection, lease transactions, design and construction programs
• Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures and landlord negotiations, including tenant
• Experience coordinating complex facility development projects and managing schedules, budgets
• Experience with outpatient healthcare, pediatric, education, or childcare facilities is strongly
