Senior Director, Real World Data (RWD)

📋 Description

• Lead operations and improve the RWD curation pipeline; evaluate AI workflows.
• Architect and maintain a scalable RWD platform for ingesting diverse data.
• Develop multi-year strategy for RWD data acquisition, curation, and use.
• Lead clinical data analyses to support product strategy and regulatory goals.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and Product teams.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, CS.
• 12+ years in clinical informatics with EHR, claims, RWD, and molecular data.
• 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed org.
• Experience with Python, R, and/or SQL; NLP; data modeling and curation.
• Ability to translate RWD into regulatory submissions and product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
