Senior Director, Regional Field Medical Science Liaison (MSL) West

📋 Description

• Coordinate Regional MSL activities with internal and external customers.
• Provide medical and scientific information on therapy use.
• Lead field MSL team and develop territory medical plans.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs, researchers, and care teams.
• Travel as needed; some weekends and evenings.
• Collaborate with product strategy and launch planning.

🎯 Requirements

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent advanced healthcare degree
• 3+ years medical affairs/field medical experience
• 2+ years people management experience
• Experience in rare disease, cardiology, or neurology preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with industry leaders
• Able to discuss scientific material clearly with HCPs
• Strong clinical research and pharma development knowledge
• Willing to travel 50-60% (evenings/weekends)
