Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management

📋 Description

• Oversee strategy, execution, and improvement of revenue operations.
• Lead full revenue cycle: authorizations, billing, AR, collections, payments.
• Reduce days in AR, improve cash flow, maximize collection performance.
• Ensure accuracy in postings, adjustments, reconciliations, reporting.
• Design workflows to prevent revenue leakage and support patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, and compliance teams on payer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Five+ years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, supervisory/leadership.
• Strong understanding of authorizations, claims, billing, and collections.
• Experience with Medicaid billing; ABA healthcare ops preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare platforms (e.g., CentralReach a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.
