Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management

📋 Description

• Define and lead the revenue cycle management strategy, operating model, performance indicators, and
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable
• Drive operational transformation to reduce claim denials, shorten accounts receivable aging
• Lead multi-state provider enrollment, credentialing, and the implementation and management of
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, manage escalated reimbursement issues, and
• Partner with Finance and executive leadership on revenue forecasting, financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including
• Direct experience managing delegated credentialing and multi-state payer enrollment, with the
• Demonstrated success improving cash collections, reducing denial rates, shortening accounts
• Extensive functional expertise with major EHR and practice management platforms, such as
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state healthcare organizations experiencing rapid growth
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, claims management, payer workflows, reimbursement
