• Set the long-term vision and strategy for Marketing Services
• Oversee Marketing Services team to deploy co-marketing investments efficiently
• Lead Marketplace Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Platform Marketing teams
• Shape Affirm’s partner and industry events strategy
• Partner with Product team to expand revenue-generating programs
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships leaders to shape integrated account strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Marketplace
• Proven success developing and executing long-term partner marketing or growth strategies
• Demonstrated experience leading through people leaders and building high-performing organizations
• Experience building or scaling new growth channels, monetization models, or partner programs
• Strong strategic and commercial judgment
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership
