🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise technology, with significant Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce engineering, architecture, or admin teams.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams with ownership and delivery.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge: architecture, development, integrations, data, security
• Experience establishing modern Salesforce dev and release practices (source control, CI/CD
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance priorities, debt, and long-term maintainability.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $180,000 — $225,000 USD base compensation.
