🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, RevOps, or GTM Strategy with a proven track record
• Experience leading large teams of 50 or more, demonstrating an aptitude for managing substantial
• Proven ability to lead, hire, and train not only managers but also contribute strategically to
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools
• Demonstrated capacity to serve as an operator and architect who builds technical workflows rather
