Senior Director, Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a security engineering team securing Ripple products, infra, and IT systems.
• Define security strategy and embed security across the technology stack.
• Ensure secure AI tooling and agentic workflows with auditable controls.
• Drive security guidelines across engineering and conduct architecture reviews.
• Own vulnerability management including pen testing and remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT leadership on security priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in security engineering with 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on AI security with guardrails for AI agents/workflows.
• Expert in cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern app stacks.
• Cryptographic principles, secure coding, OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with OAuth, SAML, OIDC and their security implications.
• Strong IT security background: IAM, endpoint, network, policy enforcement.
