• Lead a Dedicated Tenant SRE org spanning multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Define and drive cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and scale the org: staffing, onboarding, talent development, culture.
• Set direction for delivery and operations across services and teams.
• Establish metrics to understand performance and improve reliability.
• Salary Range: $170,100 - $243,000 + variable bonus.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading a software-focused SRE/cloud ops org through multiple leaders.
• Proven success defining and executing complex initiatives with external stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in software delivery and operational strategy across projects.
• Strong experience operating high-volume production services with reliability.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and public cloud provisioning.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Git workflows, observability tooling.
• Strong understanding of security design principles in distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and talent development, mentoring managers.
